What we heard from the field
Before building Blueprint, we spoke with 20+ architecture, interior design, and F&B studios across the Gulf. Three things came up every time.

Everyone is running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
Almost every studio we spoke to tracks leads in a group chat or a shared note. Everyone knows it's not working. No one has had the time to fix it.

Invoicing is the most painful part of the job.
Proposals sent late, payment stages tracked in a separate spreadsheet, no consistent format. Every studio described the same problem, independently.

Generic tools don't survive contact with real studio life.
Most studios have tried Notion, Asana, or a CRM. Most abandoned it within weeks. The setup burden is real — and the tools were never built for the way studios actually work.

Who is behind Blueprint?
Fragments — a working architecture & design studio in Jeddah. We built Blueprint to run our own studio and have run it on Blueprint daily since 2025. You deal with the founders directly, not a support queue.
What exactly do I get?
Your own deployment of Blueprint — your logo, your colors, your domain, your data. Leads, finance & invoicing, projects & tasks, team roles, documents, and the AI assistant. Set up, migrated, and maintained by us.
What does it cost?
A one-time setup (data migration, branding, and training included) plus a flat monthly rate for the whole team — no per-seat pricing, maintenance included. Exact founding terms are shared in the 20-minute walkthrough; the first 8 studios lock their rate for 12 months.
How does my existing data come in?
We migrate it for you during setup — leads, client lists, invoice history, project records. That's part of the setup fee, not an extra.
What if we stop?
Founding studios commit to 12 months (that's what the locked price buys). After that — and for standard studios, anytime — you can stop with 30 days' notice and we hand over an export of all your data. It's yours.
Why only eight studios?
Because onboarding is done personally by us and we cap it at two studios a week. Eight is what we can serve at founding-level quality. When the eight seats are taken, standard pricing applies.

Standard — one-time setup + a flat monthly rate for the whole team.
Setup covers your branded deployment, data migration, and team training. No per-seat pricing — a 6-person studio pays the usual tools $350–650 every month and still sets everything up alone.

We configure everything for your studio — workflow, team, branding. No DIY.
