What we heard from the field

Before building Blueprint, we spoke with 20+ architecture, interior design, and F&B studios across the Gulf. Three things came up every time.

Everyone is running on WhatsApp and spreadsheets.

Almost every studio we spoke to tracks leads in a group chat or a shared note. Everyone knows it's not working. No one has had the time to fix it.

Invoicing is the most painful part of the job.

Proposals sent late, payment stages tracked in a separate spreadsheet, no consistent format. Every studio described the same problem, independently.

Generic tools don't survive contact with real studio life.

Most studios have tried Notion, Asana, or a CRM. Most abandoned it within weeks. The setup burden is real — and the tools were never built for the way studios actually work.
