Who we are

Fragments Architecture Studio ("Fragments", "we") is an architecture and interior design studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information through fragmentsdesigns.com and our internal studio tools. Questions: hello@fragmentsdesigns.com.

Information we collect

• Details you send us through the contact, join or Blueprint forms: name, email, phone, company, project type and your message.
• Emails you send to our @fragmentsdesigns.com addresses.
• Basic, privacy-friendly website analytics (pages visited, approximate region, device type). We do not sell this data.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, discuss and deliver your project, and keep track of our conversations so no message is missed. Messages and contact details are stored in our internal studio system, which is accessible only to Fragments team members.

Google user data

Our internal studio system can connect to a team member's own Gmail account with read-only access. It is used for one purpose: checking the Sent folder to see whether a message we received has already been answered, so our team is not reminded about it again.

• We read only the recipients and date of sent messages. We do not read, store or share email content from Gmail.
• The data is used only inside our studio system and is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.
• Access can be removed at any time from the connected Google account's security settings, or by asking us.

Fragments' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our studio (such as email and hosting providers), under their own privacy commitments. We keep messages for as long as needed to work with you, and delete them on request.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@fragmentsdesigns.com.
